Your free preview
You can try a standard design with your business details without an account or card. Creating a free account lets you save your draft and add your products or services, photos and opening hours. Three premium designs use example details until the launch package is paid or an actual external purchase and hosting arrangement is approved. Creating an account does not buy a website, register a domain or create a paid hosting subscription. Keep your account details accurate and your password private.
Website purchase and ongoing costs
Launch your website for AUD $500, including the first year of your domain. Ongoing managed hosting is AUD $39/month for every hosted website, including websites using an existing domain. Where online checkout is available, the first payment is AUD $539 (website launch plus the first hosting month), then AUD $39/month until cancelled. Quoted launches confirm their hosting start date before payment. First-year domain registration is included. Availability, domain eligibility and the renewal price are confirmed in your written quote before purchase. All prices are in Australian dollars. Analogy IT is not registered for GST; no GST is charged. Your saved design, business content, service menu, booking forms, display catalogue and owner workspace form the standard launch scope. Checkout, when enabled, is hosted by Stripe. A free account or launch-review request never creates a subscription. Extra pages, features and bespoke work require a separate agreed quote.
From preview to public website
Online checkout requires a verified account and content ready for your chosen design: a service menu for appointment designs, or at least one real product, a shop address, a public contact route and opening hours for Market. For standard designs, you review your saved website and expressly approve automatic publication of that unchanged draft after verified payment. For premium designs, the same A$539 upfront launch package unlocks your personalised preview, with no additional template fee. Hosting billing starts at payment, even while the website remains private, then renews at A$39/month until cancelled. Review the unlocked premium website and explicitly confirm publication separately in Package & launch. A changed draft requires a fresh review. Payment and browser redirects alone do not publish a premium website. Closing the checkout window does not cancel a completed payment. If a payment or publication needs attention, return to Package & launch; do not pay again. If online checkout is unavailable or you need a domain quote or custom scope first, request a launch review. Manual launches require recorded purchase and hosting approval.
Hosting, cancellation and payment problems
For online checkout, AUD $539 is payable initially: AUD $500 website launch and AUD $39 for the first hosting month. Hosting renews at AUD $39 per month until cancelled. Use Manage billing to update your payment method, see invoices or cancel future renewals at the end of the current paid period. Your website remains hosted through that period, subject to lawful use and payment or fraud review. After paid hosting ends, the public site becomes unavailable while your saved content remains in your account. A failed payment can require action in Manage billing. Contact info@analogyit.com about a refund, dispute or service problem; refund requests are assessed against the work delivered and applicable consumer rights. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your domain
You can launch on your Analogy IT address, connect a domain you already own, or register one with your chosen registrar in your own name. First-year domain registration remains included in the launch offer, with the eligible domain and renewal quote agreed before any registration order; premium or unavailable names are not promised. If a particular domain is essential to your purchase, request its quote before checkout. A domain bought directly from a registrar has its own charges and renewal settings; contact us before buying if you want to use the included offer. Domain ownership checks, DNS and HTTPS setup are separate from payment and can take additional time. The app does not automatically buy, renew or transfer domains.
Changes and modifications
You can edit the content, photos, services and hours supported by your workspace. After publication, saving these changes updates the live website immediately; the editor labels this clearly. Requests for Analogy IT to modify a layout, add pages or build an integration require an agreed scope, quote and timing before work begins.
Your business and content
Use the service for lawful business activity and content you have permission to publish. You remain responsible for your service descriptions, prices, uploaded images, customer communication and local legal obligations. Do not upload malicious content, impersonate another business, or attempt to access another account.
AI-assisted setup
Optional AI suggestions are drafts, not verified facts or professional advice. Check descriptions, spelling, claims and design choices before saving. You remain responsible for the content you publish. Generating a draft does not buy a website, change your saved profile, create a subscription or approve publication. Save changes explicitly, then follow the checkout or launch-review option in your workspace. Usage is limited and availability is not guaranteed.
Appointments and notifications
Appointments use the business’s displayed timezone and one shared calendar. No service payment is collected during booking. A saved confirmation reserves the time; an email can be delayed or fail independently. Customers should contact the business directly to change or cancel an appointment or confirm payment terms. Product listings are a display catalogue, with no checkout or stock management.
Availability and support
The platform is provided through hosting, database and email providers. Maintenance and service interruptions can affect availability. Contact info@analogyit.com for platform support or account requests. Any support commitments, hosting duration and renewal charges must be stated in your agreed quote; they are not implied by the one-time website launch price.
