Use an AI website builder with a clear business brief

An AI website builder is most useful when it turns your real business facts into a starting point you can check. Analogy IT combines optional AI drafting with responsive website designs, services and one shared appointment calendar. You remain responsible for the words and details you publish.

1. Know what AI helps you create

The optional assistant drafts business wording and suggests a supported design and services from your brief. It helps you get past a blank page. It does not create arbitrary website code, add custom integrations or build a new template on demand. Your website uses the platform’s existing layouts and features.

The standard package fits independent appointment businesses with one shared calendar. It includes a display catalogue, rather than online product checkout or inventory management. Decide whether that workflow suits you before drafting. Several staff calendars or more complex features need a separately scoped solution.

2. Give the assistant useful business facts

Write a short brief covering what you do, who you help, where you work and the services you actually offer. A solo hairdresser could describe a neighbourhood salon offering cuts and colour consultations, with a calm, welcoming tone. Add your genuine differences: explain the appointment experience instead of asking AI to invent superlatives.

  • Name the customers and location you really serve.
  • Describe your services and the practical result of each appointment.
  • Choose a writing style that sounds like your business.
  • Leave out passwords, API keys, customer records and sensitive information.

3. Choose AI after verifying your email

Create your free account and verify your email, then choose Help me draft my website in the workspace. In Website studio, the optional Find your details step accepts your Google listing link or existing website. After consent, AI uses your business name, suburb and optional website address to search your own public website and suggest details with sources to check. Your Google link stays with your draft. Review them before filling your brief. A Google link does not guarantee a match; adding your website and suburb helps. You can always skip lookup. The assistant then asks for your business answers and writing style. Read the consent choice before agreeing to send those facts to OpenAI. AI is optional: you can choose a design and write your own content instead.

Draft requests use a limited allowance. If it is reached or AI is temporarily unavailable, keep editing manually rather than waiting to finish your website. Avoid repeated requests for small wording changes you can make yourself.

4. Review every claim before saving

Read the proposed headline, description and about text aloud. Correct invented qualifications, outcomes, guarantees or locations. Check that suggested services match what you deliver. Set your real appointment durations and prices in the service menu; a plausible suggestion is not evidence that a service is accurate.

Confirm that you have reviewed the draft, then use Save my reviewed draft. Creating a suggestion does not save or publish it. Add your own logo and authorised photos, check opening hours and timezone, and inspect the private preview on desktop, tablet and mobile.

5. Keep drafting and paid launch separate

The private preview is free with no card required. Launch costs A$500 plus A$39/month hosting: A$539 upfront includes the first hosting month, then A$39/month until cancelled. Prices are AUD and no GST is charged. Review the saved website and separately authorise publication before secure Stripe checkout.

After verified payment, a complete, unchanged draft publishes at your platform address. Connecting your own domain is an assisted step with ownership, routing and HTTPS checks. Eligible first-year registration and later renewal charges are agreed before domain registration; checkout does not automatically buy a domain.

6. Ask for a personal build when your needs are broader

Use the preview to judge whether the platform solves your actual customer journey. If you need different layouts, extra pages or specific integrations, Prajwol personally designs and builds deeper websites under a separate quote. Explain your required workflow first so scope, cost and ongoing support can be agreed before work starts.
